Description: | NMC is looking for a Manager of Work Tool Sales and Development. Qualifed applicant will be responsible for creating and sustaining a culture where everyone is involved in the process of selling Work Tools to NMC customers.
Job Description:
Increase focus on market share of CAT work tools for the after market sales
Increase CAT work tools visibility with customers and NMC employees
Increase knowledge, skills and motivation to NMC sales force
Control work tool inventory efficiency and processes to be more effective
Develop programs to collaborate and integrate efforts between CAT and NMC
Stay current with CAT programs and act as contact for communications between CAT and dealers.
Will work with Marketing, Sales Coordinators, Sales, and Executive Sponsors.
Qualifications:
Sales experience with construction equipment.
Management skills/perform administrative duties
College degree required
Excellent computer skills
Some travel required
Ability to take initiative and delegate leads
