Duties: |
Involved in Event Marketing activities including planning, organization, and participation.
Involved in the production of direct marketing projects, including direct mail programs, Email campaigns, and print production management (i.e. copy, layout and design).
Manage projects based upon an approved project plan, and provide ongoing project management support through all phases of production.
Present creative and copy to product/line of business managers.
Involved in creation of internal and external publications.
Manage project schedules and approvals for creative and budget estimates.
Provide accurate editing and proofreading for direct mail materials, letters, and other marketing communications.
Provide competitive analysis, market share studies and various other reports.
Familiar with data warehousing and database marketing.
Involved in a number of aspects of website efforts including appearance, content, update process, evaluation, etc.
Involved in branding activities including the company-wide maintenance of corporate identity standards (use of logos, colors, letterhead, etc.).

Qualifications: |
BS/BA degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or other related field of study.
Highly organized with the ability to carry a project through to completion, work independently or as part of a team.
Demonstrates strong communication, presentation, inter-personal and analytic skills.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiar with desktop publishing, graphic design, and web design software (e.g. CS3 Suite).
2 to 4 years of Marketing experience preferred.
Able to create dynamic visuals and design elements with quick turnaround.
Strong time management, project management & analytical skills
