Description: | NMC is looking for an Accounts Payable Associate in Omaha, NE. Qualified applicant will report directly to the Director of Purchasing.
Summary :
The Accounts Payable Associate has responsibility to ensure timely invoice processing and payments, reconcile and resolve discrepancies, and maintaining excellent vendor relationships. This is great opportunity for an energetic, highly motivated, and detail oriented individual to join our Home Office team.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Manage receipt of invoices and process using Coda
Review for proper coding and approvals
Research and analyze discrepancies, account reconciliation and vendor inquiries in a timely manner
Audit and process expense reports to insure accuracy
Assist with daily/weekly check runs
Maintain proper files and documentation
Special Projects as needed
Qualifications:
2 years AP experience required
Associates degree required
Strong analytical skills
The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Well developed interpersonal skills and ability to establish positive working relationships
