Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provides excellent customer service by greeting, smiling, thanking and providing service to all customers.
Cuts, trims, and bones carcass sections or prime cuts to reduce to cooking cuts such as roasts, steaks, chops, stew cubes, and grinding meat.
Cuts and weighs steaks and chops for individual servings.
Tends electric grinder to grind meat.
Shapes and ties roasts.
Estimates requirements and requisitions or orders meat supply.
Receives, inspects, and stores meat upon delivery.
Weighs items such as meat and poultry to determine price.
Bags or wraps purchases for customer or for display.
Stamps, marks, or tags price on merchandise.
Maintains clean and sanitized work area.

Qualifications: |
| High School education and/or GED preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age due to operations of hazardous equipment. Prior experience preferred. |
