This team member’s job is to sell all CCE equipment within an assigned territory. CCE equipment is to be defined as Skid Steer Loaders, Multi-terrain Loaders, Mini Hydraulic Excavators, Compact Wheel Loaders and Work Tools. Seeking a motivated self starter looking for a career with a growing company.
Objectives & Accountabilities for CCE Sales Specialist
Meet 100% of established sales quotas.
Meet 100% of established PINS objectives.
Must have a strong understanding of financial options.
Divide territory into workable sub-territories.
Create and develop a list of customers to purchase used trade in units.
100% utilization of Sales Link CRM system for call reporting when implemented .
100% of lost sales to be properly recorded.
Respond to customer calls in a timely basis with a sense of urgency.
Respond to team member calls in a timely basis with a sense of urgency.
Become an expert with the CCE product and its applications.
Complete 100% of required reports and special requests by management within the specified timeframe.
Other Outside Sales Responsibilities:
Administrative:
· Develop a database of customers, company, competitive, and project information.
· Use various reporting services, association contacts, and other database means to prepare for upcoming projects in the area.
· Must have good organization and time management skills for effective territory coverage.
· Meets regularly with the Credit Manager to assist in past due account collection.
· Meets with Service Manager when service issues demand.
· Keeps a supply of sales tools including company brochures and promotional items on hand and utilizes them creatively to meet customer demands.
· Works closely with Rental Coordinators and Sales Coordinator to ensure that all documentation has been completed.
Customer Relations:
· Must be perceived by the customer as a problem solver, handling follow-up calls and customer problems effectively, involving the Sales Manager when necessary.
· Must be easily accessible by customers and staff by phone or e-mail.
· Delivers CCE equipment in conjunction with regular jobsite visits, to maximize company transportation efforts and satisfy urgent customer demands.
· Involved in local trade associations to network and further develop solid customer relationships.
· Some customer support may require after hours efforts to maintain customer satisfaction.
Technical:
· Must understand construction phases, job situations, and project conditions for timing of approaching customer and CCE products application suggestions.
· Must be knowledgeable of entire CCE line of products and be able to demonstrate equipment whenever appropriate to increase customer awareness of product offerings and product applications.
Summary:
A good CCE Sales Specialist is highly productive and achieves results desired by management. They typically put in many hours beyond the normal workday to plan and follow-up on customer activity. An outgoing personality combined with good organizational and selling skills is a must.
