NMC is looking for a Rental Sales Representative to join our growing Rental division. Qualified applicant will be responsible for maintaining and expanding customer base by frequently contacting current and potential customers. The primary responsibility of this position will be to promote equipment rentals within a designated territory.

Duties: |
1. Conduct On-site customer visits (deliveries, measuring job sites, etc.)
2. Contact existing and potential customers by telephone to sell products and services, ensure customer satisfaction with existing products, and expand customer base and boundaries.
3. Research and prepare quotes and information to customers
4. Demonstrate equipment and supplies to customers
5. Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications: |
This position requires excellent customer selling skills with experience in the rental equipment industry beneficial. Sales experience with proven skills at closing the sale is essential. Computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word are preferred. Ability to think analytically and to solve customer problems will be important for the success of this position. Good communication skills – both written and verbal are required. Person must be self-driven, reliable and have high personal integrity. Successful candidate will have the ability to relate to different personalities and know when and how to close the deal. Person must possess valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a business related field; or an equivalent combination of experience, training and/or education is required.
