Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provides excellent customer service by greeting, smiling, thanking and providing service to all customers.
Completes all maintenance work orders, including electrical, plumbing, air conditioning (HVAC), and appliance.
Maintains all equipment to ensure safety and upkeep.
Maintains common areas for safety and appearance.
Maintains contact with Facilities Manager regarding maintenance problems.
When required, carries a cell phone and responds to all emergency calls in a timely manner and if necessary, in person.
Completes all other projects or requests as directed by the Facilities Manager.

Qualifications: |
| High school degree or GED equivalent required. One to two years of direct experience related to the work is required. Experience may be a combination of the following trades: HVAC/R, Plumbing, Carpentry, General Building Maintenance, Concrete, and/or Electrical. |
