Description: | Maintains and repairs complex rental equipment at assigned company and customer locations. Ensures equipment operates properly and safely. Service is performed primarily at customer locations. Repairs a variety of systems including mechanical, hydraulic, diesel, gas, electrical systems, undercarriage and powertrain. Maintains service vehicle and ensures DOT compliance. Keeps accurate service records with work order system and determines part needs and orders parts. Initiates and maintains great relationships with customers.
| Qualifications: | Minimum of 5 years of mechanical experience in a related field. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers. Ability to read schematics and diagnose complex problems and repair equipment. High School diploma or equivalent and tech school preferred. Manufacturer training courses a plus. Must be able to operate equipment and complete all safety training. Work in all weather environments and stand for long periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and bend, stoop, squat, reach, crouch, and kneel.
