Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provides excellent customer service by greeting, smiling, thanking and providing service to all customers.
Operating tortilla machine.
Thawing, shaping, proofing, cutting, baking and packaging of all breads, croissants, muffins, cookies, pies, pastries and other related items.
Baking all products according to a schedule that allows freshly baked products to be coming out of the oven during peak business hours.
Following a Daily Production guide that has been approved by a Manager.
Ordering, receiving, and storing delivered frozen and unfrozen products.
Cleaning sales floor and prep areas, (proof box, shaper, ovens, work benches, floors, coolers, freezers and retail displays).
Filling sales floor displays, code dating product, checking code dates, pulling out of date product. Keeping sales floor full and fresh.
Follows food safety, health and workplace safety standards. |
Duties: |
| Will work tortilla machine and bake 1 day. |
Qualifications: |
| High School degree or GED equivalent preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age due to operations of hazardous equipment. Prior experience required or preferred.
